I really loved the great value for my money; the room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The location was perfect, right next to the station and shops, and the staff were polite and helpful.
Food for breakfast could use a bit more variety.

The quality, reasonable price. An ideal hotel, nice views, magnificent location close to nearly by excellent restaurants. Location short walk to the Sendai Station of the Tohoku Shinkansen and Sendai for a business trip of 5 days and shopping stores and convenience stores. Brand-new and compact rooms with communal bathrooms and an electric kettle and a fridge. Lovely beds, helpful staff, delicious breakfast.

The location couldn't be better-just a 5-minute walk from the station, which made getting around super easy! The room was spacious and the bathroom was well-equipped too. I especially loved the complimentary Onsen spa on the 17th floor; the free soft drinks and snacks were fantastic after a long day!
The noise was a major issue. I could hear doors banging and people moving around throughout the night, which made it hard to sleep. Plus, not having a coin-operated laundry was a bummer, and the water temperature in the spa was way too hot for my liking.

I really enjoyed my stay with a comfy bed and a great breakfast selection to fuel my city explorations. Plus, with just a short walk of under 500 meters to Aoba-dori Avenue and almost 2 km to Tsutsujigaoka Park, I could easily wander through the city and find beautiful spots to relax and soak in the view.

It's cramped with limited space, especially if the wrong bed type is given!!! Upgrade the cleanliness to match current standards!!!

The location is fantastic, just a 3-minute walk from JR Sendai station. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated in a medieval European style, complete with antique furniture. Plus, the on-site spa and hot spring was a good bonus after exploring the city!

I had a lovely stay with a super comfy bed and a bathroom that felt spacious! The spa offered soothing massages and a relaxing hot spring experience. The only hiccup was my key card acting up a few times, but it didn't take away from my overall enjoyment 😊
